1. go to www.google.com
2. type sony pc companion on the searchbox.
3. download sony pc companion rom official sony site.
4. install sony pc companion on your pc .
5. open sony pc companion .
6. click support zone at bottom of the sony pc companion welcome screen.
7. please wait for few second while installing support zone on sony pc companion.
8. after installing click on support zone and there is show new screen.
10. click on update phone software.
11, a new screen appear on there,
12. click repair your phone .
13. the new page will opening now, there are showing some pages, you have tick the box and continue and at last there is showing the phone selection page.
14. select your phone and click next .
15. click back or volume down key and insert origional usb cable pressing the key.

16. your smartphone is start flashing this prosess is depend on your internet speed. 

17. wait wait wait for few times you dont insert or remove any other device to your computer while flashing your phone, it will abort the flashing process.

18 . you don't have to do any thing at this process.

19. start watching flim in tv.
